Hotel Restaurant Alber, Verano

I had the pleasure of indulging in a six-course fish menu during the special fish weeks at the restaurant. Each dish was not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor. The generous portion sizes made it an really good dining experience, and the recommended Chardonnay frizzante was the perfect complement. Truly a culinary delight!

The view from my room was absolutely amazing, overlooking the beautiful Val d'Adige. Waking up to such a picturesque scene each morning made my stay extraordinary. The room itself was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy retreat after a day of adventure.

The hiking opportunities directly from the hotel were a game-changer for me. With trails right at my doorstep, I was able to explore the stunning landscape conveniently. It made my trip both active and relaxing, allowing me to soak in the natural beauty without the hassle of travel.

The option for early breakfast was fantastic! Starting my day with a delicious meal before heading out on my adventures really set a positive tone. The variety of local products offered kept it interesting and satisfying every morning.
